KENYA has agreed a $US 138.7m loan from France to modernise Nairobi’s five-line metre-gauge commuter rail network. The deal was signed on April 6 during a visit to the Kenyan capital by Mr Stéphane Séjourné, French minister for Europe and foreign affairs.
