Nail Technician Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Nail Services: Expertly perform a range of nail services, including classic and gel manicures and pedicures, acrylic and gel nail extensions, nail repair, and custom nail art design, according to client requests and salon standards.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, consulting with them to understand their needs and preferences, offering recommendations, and ensuring their comfort throughout the service.
Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene: Adhere to the salon's hygiene and sanitation protocols. Sterilize tools before and after each use, maintain a clean workstation, and ensure the nail service area is always neat and tidy.
Product Knowledge and Sales: Possess in-depth knowledge of nail care products and services offered by the salon. Advise clients on home nail care and recommend products for purchase, contributing to sales goals.
Stay Informed and Skilled: Keep up-to-date with the latest nail care trends, techniques, and products. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the salon team to provide a seamless and pleasant experience for clients. Share knowledge and assist in the training of junior staff members.
