Kourtney Kardashian posted a touching note to new moms on her Instagram stories Sunday night. The 44-year-old star, who is currently on vacation with her family to Turks & Caicos, shared a message to women who are adjusting to their body post-pregnancy

Kourtney wrote: 'Dear new mommies, Your body is beautiful at all stages. During pregnancy as we are glowing and growing, postpartum as we are healing and shrinking, and then that period I find the hardest as our bodies are still adjusting.'
Adding: 'And if you're breastfeeding, that's a whole other part of it. I try to be kind to myself as my body finds a new normal. The pressure put on us to bounce back when everything is new and different isn't realistic.'
'Life is beautiful, you are beautiful. Just a little reminder (for me too). XOXO,' she concluded, also adding a white and blue heart.

During the 2011 episode, Kim exclaimed 'My diamond earring came off in the ocean and it's gone' all the while having an emotional meltdown about it.
She was crying in the ocean and screaming that it cost $75,000.
In the now infamous KUWTK clip, Kourtney saw her and while carrying son Mason, who was almost two years old at the time, said in an annoyed voice: 'Kim there's people that are dying....'

It appears that Kourtney was not invited to the beach shoot - as she jokingly wrote on her stories 'I love taking pics with my sisters!' - joking sarcastically.
