- During the launch attended and commissioned by President William Ruto on May 10, CCI Global highlighted that the facility will host call center agents and managers who will handle BPO operations for businesses across the region.
- With investments in Africa surpassing US$ 2 billion over 20 years, CCI Global has centers in other countries like Rwanda, Egypt, Ethiopia, South Africa, and Ghana.
- CCI Global has invested US$ 150 million in Kenya since 2016, enabling the country’s BPO workers to scale up their visibility in the both the local and global economy.
