“Oh Well,” a new single credited to both Slash and Chris Stapleton, debuts on a pair of Billboard rankings this week. The tune was a quick bestseller, and it’s an important win for the guitarist.

On this week’s Rock Digital Song Sales chart, “Oh Well” debuts at No. 6. The tune sold 1,544 copies in its first tracking frame, according to Luminate.

“Oh Well” marks Slash’s fourth top 10 on the Rock Digital Song Sales chart. He’s only placed four tracks onto the tally throughout his solo career, and all of them have reached the highest tier on the roster.

Slash’s new single marks the third-loftiest placement yet on the Rock Digital Song Sales tally. He earned his first No. 1 just last month as part of the supergroup Mark Knopfler’s Guitar Heroes. That band started their charity cut “Going Home (Theme From Local Hero)” at No. 1 on the ranking in late March.

As “Oh Well” launches inside the top 10 on the Rock Digital Song Sales chart, it also appears on another roster–though it opens much, much lower. The single is new to the Hot Rock & Alternative Songs tally, where it debuts at No. 43, and it marks Slash’s seventh win.
